Thank you for visiting and shopping at MARCO VALENCIA FINE ART. Below are terms and conditions for buying, shipping and return policy. Before shopping we understand you as buyer are:

– You as buyer has read and agree with all information regarding price, shipping and return policy.
All items offered in our site are expressed in USD dollar.

Declared warranty of goods before shipping
Due fragile and high value nature of goods as artworks, we understand that it´s very important and critical factor to guarantee to customer artwork is shipped in excellent condition. A copy of proof document will be attached to order declaring the status of painting (including if there are marks or special notice of condition) of goods and will be signed by artist. This document will be used as proof in case of damages, returns or claims.
ALL ARTWORKS (PAINTINGS) ARE SHIPPED ROLLED IN A TUBE , OTHERS ITEMS ARE PACKED IN AN ENVELOPE (FOR SMALL WATERCOLOR, PRINTS OR DRAWINGS), IF YOU NEED A SPECIAL SHIPPING (EX. PARTIALLY OR FULL FRAMED PAINTING TO SHIP) PLEASE WRITE BEFORE US TO INFO@MARCOVALENCIA.NET
Shipping options are:
– local pickup (El Salvador)
– local shipping (El Salvador)
– International courier shipping (all other countries)
– Person to person shipping (Central America)
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt BEFORE SHIPPING TIME.
ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED AFTER PAYMENT IS CLEARED OR VERIFIED BY BANK OR PAYMENT COMPANY. NO ONE ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED WITHOUT HAVING VERIFIED INFORMATION.
Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays (December 24th, December 25th, December 31th , January 1st, Holly week, September 15th, May 10th , June 17 th )
If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

MARCO VALENCIA FINE ART ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Estimated time is 3-6 days after shipped

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MARCO VALENCIA FINE ART is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
MARCO VALENCIA FINE ART is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship Worldwide althoug we don´t ship to following countries: Russia, Cuba, Iran , North Korea, and all other countries designated by US Department of Treasury
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
MARCO VALENCIA FINE ART will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges including customs charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return [or exchange]. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned [or exchanged]:

- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
