Declared warranty of goods before shipping <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due fragile and high value nature of goods as artworks, we understand that it\u00b4s very important and critical factor to guarantee to customer artwork is shipped in excellent condition. A copy of proof document will be attached to order declaring the status of painting (including if there are marks or special notice of condition) of goods and will be signed by artist. This document will be used as proof in case of damages, returns or claims. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it\u2019s recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MARCO VALENCIA FINE ART will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Missing or Stolen Shipments<\/p>\n\n\n\n
